The 1890 program is committed to addressing the lack of diversity within the realty/appraising profession, currently ranking as the third least diverse profession in the country, as per the Department of Labor Statistics. In the short term, we aim to introduce diversity into realty and appraising, particularly within government spaces where representation is currently lacking. Diversity and inclusion, in our context, mean creating employment opportunities at all levels of government and the private sector, ensuring equitable representation.
