This course on Cost Recovery is about the assessment and collection of administrative fees from applicants and authorization holders to pay for agency costs accrued for processing special use applications and monitoring of the special use for compliance with the terms and conditions of the authorization. The cost recovery training contains eight modules that are broken into four separate training sessions.
